How I can make a sweet or Tigger costume?

I and my friends are going as Tigger (I), Piglet and Pooh on Halloween but I can not find a good costume tigger This is not a Footie or doing a cute Tigger. any help welcome thanks! of course I know it is early to find a costume, but to be better prepared.
