Learn Learning

should i learn Revit before learning the basics of Autocad?
I have been in an Autodesk certification class now for three weeks and we are already starting to begin advanced Revit. I have an option to stay with Autocad instead. I love Revit but I have had Zero practice in Autocad an i imagine that if i learn to be efficient in Cad, than i will be that much better in Revit later. Any thoughts.
Revit is a specifically product for architecture, Autocad is generic cad for any area: architecture, mechanical, electrical etc.
Revit and Autocad is very different products.
If you work in design architecture no doubt: learn Revit, but you should find a professional study that uses Revit
I think Autocad it is very important for any professional area and for interchange project, learn before Autocad and Revit later.
