Glitter / Smimmer velvet or suede?

I hope some of velvet glitter / buy suede (black and bright pink or bright color) for a Ice skating dress that I made. I found several websites United States, but would Esai, cheaper and faster for me if I brought a British Manufacturer. Anybody know any place that could get some or really going anywhere in a store in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, or on sites or stores across the UK.
