Does anyone else find Baby Bjorn Baby Carrier do not bow to?

You know the drill is folded down when in the same direction? Mine always seems to turn around if I want to use or not. Someone with the same problem and does anyone know how to stop it?

I have an Evenflo brand before and yes responsible Style works all the time. I kind of stopped because I was upset.
