I consider myself very lucky. I live in a city that is surrounded on all sides by hills and heather, and some of the best tours in the country. And so, regardless weather conditions, most of the weekend found me and grabbed the family dog and heading in the Peak District to exercise your legs, lose a few calories and is free the spirit of the difficulties the rest of the week.
