Brake lights in 2000 dump truck bill?

The brake lights on the rear left of the dump trucks are not working all the time. Since the turn signals and brake light works by 1-wire, this means that the direction of travel in the steering column is bad? Or is there another point, turn and stop light at work?

my response is to try to verify, first dude in Auto Repair
